Any photographic image on the Picture This and That.com web site used as reference material for commercial production such as animation, stage design, game design, comic strip, story writing and other like uses, is considered artistic reference and is subject to a usage fee since the use of these photographic images are intended
for commercial benefit.  Please contact Picture This and That .com at customerservice@picturethisandthat.com so we may discuss the fee associated with the use of any photographic image on the Picture

All photographic images, text and html coding appearing on the Picture This and That.com web site are the exclusive Intellectual Property of Allan Rosenberg and Picture This and That.com and unless otherwise  indicated, are protected under United States and International copyright laws. The Intellectual Property may not be downloaded except by normal viewing of the browser approved by Picture This and That.com.

Picture This and That.com takes exception to anyone using any photographic images on our web site for non-commercial use on their own personal home pages and to do so, will be subject to persecution under the laws protecting copyright infringement.  If our photographic images are marketed for monetary gain, or used in promotional or advertising material their use is considered commercial in nature and is subject to commercial fees. Picture This and That.com and PayPal Inc. 
 
Picture This and Tthat.com uses PayPal as our method of online payment. With PayPal, security is their top priority.  PayPal Buyer Protection is offered as a way to make our online trading even safer and more secure.
 
With PayPal Buyer Protection, qualified purchases are eligible for up to $1,000.00  USD coverage at no additional cost.  Additional coverage may apply for purchases made with PayPal Buyer Credit.
 
When a buyer files a claim through PayPal Buyer Protection, PayPal works with both the buyer and the seller to gather the details of the transaction. PayPal investigates the facts of the case and makes every effort to come to a fair conclusion.
 
PayPal helps you buy with confidence. Before filing a claim, PayPal encourage you to work with your seller since most issues can be resolved through direct communication. If you find it necessary to file a claim, your transaction may be covered by either PayPal Buyer Protection  or the Buyer Complaint Process.
 
Transactions Covered by PayPal Buyer Protection 
 
If you paid for an item and never received it or received an item that was significantly not as described, your transaction must meet each of the following requirements to be eligible for PalPal Buyer Protection:
 
  • Your purchase must be a physical item -- services and intangible items are not covered
  • You must use PayPal to pay for the item and must use the seller's email address associated with the purchase.
 
PayPal Buyer Protection Rules 
 
  • You may only file one claim per PayPal payment
  • Claims must be filed within 45 days of the PayPal payment
  • You may not file a claim if you are simply disappointed with the item you have received. Items must be significantly not as described or never received
  • You are limited to three PayPal Buyer Protection refunds per calendar year
            Beyond that, we are unable to gurantee full recovery of funds

  • You must be willing to provide information during the investigation process.  If we are unable to obtain the necessary information, your case may be cancelled without refund.

Upon receipt of order confirmation and payment, we will package and ship your Photographic Image. Please allow ten to fifteen days for your Photographic Image to arrive.
 
California residents are subject to appropriate County sales tax.
 
Please notify us of any problems with your shipment or return intentions within seven days of receipt. You can reach our Customer Service Center at customerservice@picturethisandthat.com.
